About the Author

Jason Lowe-Power is an Nth-year graduate student at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the Computer Sciences department. His research focuses on making the trend of increased hardware heterogeneity more usable to application developers. He has been a contributor to gem5 for the last 5 years, and is one of the primary developers of gem5-gpu which combines the GPU model of GPGPU-Sim with gem5 and was one of the first heterogeneous simulators. Jason is advised by Mark Hill and David Wood.
